Stolen!!

Massachusetts is stunned to find that Plymouth Rock is gone!.

Who could have done it?
Someone left a letter behind.....Here is what it says:

Plymouth Rock Missing!
The people of Plymouth woke up this morning to a startling discovery. Plymouth Rock, the fabled landing spot of the Pilgrims, had been stolen. The discovery was made by a jogger at 6:05 a.m. and police were immediately called to the scene. Investigators asked residents in the vicinity if they had noticed any suspicious characters or activity. There are scattered reports of a boat, without running lights, in the area late last night at high tide.
  "To the Youth of Massachusetts:
You have taken your cultural heritage for granted; therefore you no longer deserve it. I am going to steal your state's public treasures right from under your noses. Being a sporting person, I will give you a chance to recover your artifacts-if you really know your facts. If you can answer my questions correctly-I will give you a clue where to look. This is your only chance.


The seven ton Plymouth Rock had been housed in a stone canopy, designed by famed architects McKim, Mead, and White, since 1921. Nearly a million people visit the Pilgrim Memorial State Park each year to see "the rock." A bizarre note was left at the crime scene by an unknown person who signed off as "The Critic." The note, inside a bottle, read:
