  • Location – The information tells you which Central Library department, branch, or MBLN member library owns the item.
  • Collection – indicates which section of the library it is shelved in.
  • Call number – shows where it is on the shelf.
  • Volume – this displays on some lists, if the title has multiple parts this will indicate the specific volume.
  • Type - indicates a circulation type.
  • Status - shows if it is in the Library, checked out to someone, in transit, or on hold.
  • Due date - only displays if the item is checked out to someone. This field may not display on all screens.

Central Library – Copley - Locations: two buildings make up the Central Library: the Johnson Building (also known as the General Library) and the McKim Building (also known as the Research Library).
Copley – General Library: the Johnson Building. The collection will define where in the building to go to find materials.
