We have other methods to address general suggestions and comments about services, most notably ask@bpl.org.

If you have specific concerns that are tangentially related to our Strategic Planning Process, might I also invite you to attend one of the Compass roundtables being held throughout the city in the next few months? The next one is tomorrow, (Thursday, May 5), 6pm at the West Roxbury Branch.

For journal articles where a text based source is identified does it have to be changed to image based for library users preferring text based? The question needs to be better understood by Boston Public Library administrators, managers. A more intelligent protocol is needed for interlibrary loan at BPL.
