Giving Priorities
The Boston Public Library Foundation is a partner of the Boston Public Library. Our goal is to help the library realize its strategic vision outlined in the Compass: Principles for Excellence. Currently, the foundation is seeking funding for the following areas:
Programs
The library hosts a variety of programs for children and teens. If you are interested in supporting generally programs for children and teens you may support the Next Generation Fund.
The library hosts programs for adults with wide ranging topics including speaker series, ESL, career and tax preparation to name a few.

Facilities
The Boston Public Library System is made up of 27 locations throughout Boston neighborhoods. If you wish to provide funding for preservation of the McKim Building or updating the neighborhood branches please contact the foundation.
