Change of Address For Library Cards

Report address changes as soon as possible at the Registration Desk in the Central Library (Johnson Building) or at your neighborhood branch. Please bring proof of your new address, in the form of an updated drivers license or state iID, a piece of postmarked mail, bills, or a lease.

Reporting Lost Library Cards

Lost library cards should be reported immediately to the Library. You may report lost cards by phone or by visiting the Registration Desk in the Central Library (Johnson Building) or at your neighborhood branch. You are responsible for all use of your library card, until it is reported lost. Reporting lost cards will prevent others from borrowing materials under your name.
