Each Red Sox World Series Home Game Generates 9 Million in Revenue

by Betsey Lippmeier

According to Paul Guzzi, President of the Boston Chamber of Commerce, “We estimate along with the Convention and Visitor’s Bureau that each home game is worth $9 million. That’s a potential $36 million in addition to our approximately $10 million that has come in to the state and city’s economy from the recently concluded series.”
