All historic company information resource are on CD-ROM and are available for use only in Library.

• Compact D/SEC (CD-ROM) – Includes corporate information filed with the SEC on over 14,000 companies traded on the NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ, and Over-the Counter exchanges. Furnishes data culled from 10-K’s, 10-Q’s, proxies, Spectrum Ownership Files, and Zacks Earnings Estimates. Covers the years 1991-Oct 2002.
   
• Disclosure Select: Top Companies Collection (CD-ROM) – Public company annual reports, proxy statements, and SEC filings (10-K’s & 20-F’s) dated between 1996 and 1999. Over 7,000 companies from the NYSE, ASE, and NASDAQ are covered, including all “Fortune 1000″ companies. Later Annual Reports can be found in the Mergent Online database.
   
• S & P Corporations (CD-ROM) – Information about the leading 55,000 U.S. corporations, including business and financial information on over 12,000 public companies; basic information on approximately 45,000 private companies; biographical profiles of 70,000 key executives. Last published Nov. 2008
   
• ABI/INFORM (CD-ROM) – Provides citations, with abstracts, to articles in 900 U.S. and foreign business and management periodicals. Covers the years 1971-Feb. 2003
   
• Business Dateline  (CD-ROM) – Full-text articles from 400 U.S. and Canadian local, state, and regional business publications, including Boston Business Journal. Also covers the business pages of daily newspapers, including the Boston Globe. Covers the years 1989 – April 2005
