Starfall is a free public service that teaches children to read with phonics.  From letter recognition up to guided reading, and very easy for children to use independently.

Leading To Reading – Stories, games, nursery rhymes and other activities for children up to 5, and their grown-ups.  In English & Spanish.

Literacy Center – Free educational activities and materials for your pre-school age children, in English, Español, Deutsch, and Français.  Some adult supervision required.

Roy The Zebra – Free reading games and activities for emerging readers.  Adult supervision required.
