Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations of the Senate Committee on Government
Operations on racketeering on government uniform supply contracts.
Membership came from the Committee on Government Operations and the Committee on
Labor and Public Welfare. The hearings were held between 1957 and
1959. Robert F. Kennedy was chief counsel of the Committee.
