The Supplier Diversity Program (SDP),
formerly know as the Affirmative Market Program (AMP), was
established in 2010 to promote supplier diversity in public
contracting.
The program instituted policies to
encourage the award of state contracts in a manner that develops
and strengthens certified Minority and Women Business
Enterprises (M/WBEs).

Through this single point-of-entry, commercial vendors and government buyers are

Minority Business Development Agency

Register your minority company with the Phoenix-Opportunity database to find a
contracting opportunity. The Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) is part
of the U.S. Department of Commerce and is the only federal agency created
specifically to foster the establishment and growth of minority-owned businesses in America.
