Boston Bar Association Business Law Pro Bono Project
Free legal assistance for nonprofit organizations, faciliated by the
Legal Referral Director at the Lawyers Clearinghouse on Affordable

Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau/ Community Enterprise Clinic
Provides free legal representation to entrepreneurs, small businesses, and nonprofits
in Greater Boston and Metro West communities. Services are available for low-and
moderate-income, minority and women-owned small and emerging businesses and nonprofits.
Services are free for residents of Waltham, Watertown and Newton. If you are 60
years old or older, their Elder Project provides information, advice, and referral
to residents of Belmont, Brookline, Needham, Newton, Waltham, Watertown, Wellesley

Economic Justice Project/ Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights under Law of the Boston Bar Association
The Lawyers' Committee offers "Business Legal Clinics" for entrepreneurs
to meet with an experienced business attorney to seek advice on business
legal issues that arise in starting a new business or operating an existing one.
"Legal workshops" also cover various legal topics entrepreneurs need to know
in starting a new business or growing an existing one. To attend a clinic
or workshop, and find out about the criteria for receiving legal services,

The Transactional Law Clinics of Harvard Law School
The Transactional Law Clinics offer free and low
cost legal services to clients throughout the
metropolitan Boston area. Legal services are made
available to clients who could not likely afford
assistance. The Clinics provide advanced law
students at Harvard Law School the opportunity to
gain practical experience and earn academic credit
by handling real cases for real clients. Students
are supervised by attorneys who are experienced
practitioners and mentors.
