The Henna Tattoo artist will be in the Teen Room at Copley

June 4^th & June 18^th @ 3pm.  Cut and paste the information below and have your parent or guardian sign it and you are good to go!                                                                

But, you can’t get a tattoo without a signed permission slip!  __________________________________________________________________ 

To parents  and teens 18 years of age:
