  1. Nicole says:

When you say 2 build per month per person, does that mean 2 stl files per person or is it ok for a build to include multiple stl files?

    • blippmeier says:

The total build time for a single build cannot exceed 10 hours, whether it is a single stl file or multiple stl files.

  2. Yuh-Boh feng says:

When I try to download my model, it says the file is invalid for use as the following: Certificate Trust list. How do I get rid of it?

    • mdevine says:

Is it a problem with your browser? Sometimes you can go into the advanced mode and override the certificate. If it is more complicated than that, please email 3dprint@bpl.org so we can determine if it’s a problem with the design you have or something else. Thank you.

  3. Grant says:

What are the max dimensions to fit in the bounding box?

    • gsmart says:

      Maximum print volume: 252 x 199 x 150 mm (9.9 x 7.83 x5.9 In). Please stay well within those dimensions for a successful print

  4. Zaki says:

Hello! This is a great initiative. Can you tell me how much it would cost me to print? can anyone print at your facility?
