Parking Lot Capacity & Towing Alert
BPL parking lot capacity may be reduced due to snow mounds.
BPL Facilities began towing cars from library parking lots* starting at 12:01 a.m. on Sunday, January 25, in preparation for snow removal. Snow removal continued through Monday, January 26.
Parking is not allowed in BPL parking lots during snowstorms and vehicles will be towed with no exceptions. If you have a vehicle parked in a BPL lot, please move your vehicle before towing begins.

To keep patrons and staff safe during the upcoming storm, all BPL locations were closed on Sunday and Monday, January 25-26, 2026.
